In most cases we use Australia Post to deliver your order to you. We estimate a delivery time of 2-3 business days from the placement of your order.

Orders will not be shipped until full payment is cleared. Once Payment is cleared you will be notified and items shipped. If you have not received your order within 10 working days of placing your order please use your tracking number to track your order. If you have any difficulties please contact us.

 Australia Post or private courier will leave a card if you are not home when they attempt to deliver your parcel.

We ship all items via Australia Post. All orders within Australia are posted via Regular Post. International orders are posted via Australia Post International Delivery Regular Service. If you would like your international order Express Posted or Express Couriered for faster delivery, please contact us for a quote.

We do not offer this option as standard as the costs are significantly higher for international express post.

Within Australia, delivery time is between 1-5 days depending on destination. Please visit www.austpost.com.au for more details about the Regular Delivery service. Obviously, this is from the date we lodge your item with Australia Post.

International shipping from Australia will be delivered between 3-10 business days from the date of shipping. This time is an estimate provided by Australia Post or Royale International Couriers, and Xtremely Different is not responsible for any delays to this estimated delivery time! If you need your items by a certain date, please contact us for a quote for Express International shipping.

All of our items are shipped registered mail, meaning that you will need to show ID and sign for the item at the post office before you collect. This is to ensure your precious cargo doesn’t go missing on its way to you!

Please note that once an item is with Australia Post or any of our contracted transport carriers, Xtremely Different is not responsible for lost or broken items. Items will not be replaced due to mail going missing. If you would like to insure your item, please let us know and we will quote you on this prior to ordering.

Please ensure all your shipping address details are up-to-date to ensure your items don’t go astray! Xtremely Different will not be responsible for any items that go missing if your shipping details are incorrect.
